DonateOn Menstrual Hygiene Day, we are committed to breaking the silence around periods, challenging the stigma often associated with menstruation, and raising awareness about the importance of menstrual hygiene for females who menstruate worldwide. Menstrual Hygiene Day occurs on May 28 each year and provides an opportunity to highlight the significance of menstrual care and the issues faced by those who lack access to sanitary products.
Access to sanitary products, safe and hygienic spaces to use them, and the right to manage menstruation without shame or stigma are crucial for women and girls. Unfortunately, this reality is not available to many. In India, for example, many young girls lack the necessary solutions to manage menstruation. According to the latest census data, at least 636 million Indians lack toilets, and 88% of women and girls use extremely unhygienic practices such as old rags, ashes, and husk sand. This crisis contributes to school dropouts, disease, and childhood malnutrition. Hence, the Girls Glory Project aims to provide toilets and WASH education to all little girls to end this issue.
On Menstrual Hygiene Day, let us share a better period with those who need it. Thousands of females who menstruate worldwide live without access to safe sanitary products. We know what it’s like to lend a tampon or pad to someone in need, whether it’s a sister, a friend, or a stranger in the lavatory. However, what about a woman living in a refugee camp who has had to flee her home with nothing? Can we help her out

Hunger has many causes, including pandemics, rising prices, and disasters caused by climate change. Unfortunately, even today, one in four children do not have access to the nutritious food they need. Our hunger relief and nutrition programs are making a difference, helping millions of children every year.
This project will enable them to continue their studies in an English medium school, receive computer training, life skills, extracurricular activities, and career guidance to strengthen their dreams of becoming leaders and productive citizens of India. Our long-term goal is to reach 250 children aged between 6-16 years through this project. Please donate now to help us continue our vital work and support vulnerable children around the world.
